Margarine No Trans Fat?

Q: What do you think about the new margarines that say NO trans fat and have added omega 3? Are they OK or what would be best to use?

A: I don’t promote using any kind of margarine, because it is not in it’s natural form. Margarine is a processed food. I would recommend cold pressed sesame oil, ghee (clarified butter), organic cold pressed coconut oil. These fats are recognized by the body and used as good fat. Sunita Mohan – HD., R.N.C.P.
