Refund Policy

We accept product returns of unopened merchandise in resalable condition. We also accept product returns of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. If you would like to return an item, please refer to the "requirements" and the "how to" instructions below. When we receive your request, we will respond with authorization and instructions on what to do next.

If You Cancel Because You Changed Your Mind


  • If Customs removes or damages a returning product(s) during the course of an inspection or delivery delay of any kind, you’ll need to contact them directly to start a damage or loss claim, as we are unable to speak with them on your behalf, nor are we able to reimburse you in any way for damage or loss that they may cause.
  • All refunds will be credited using your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after receipt of your return.

* Full refund limited to orders of $100 or less. For larger orders there is a 25% restocking fee

* A 25% administration fee will be applied to all orders returned without a copy of the order, packing/picking slip, or a reference to the order number.

How To Return a Product

  1. Log into your account on
  2. Click the "view" link beside the order in question.
  3. Scroll down and look for the "Add New RMA" button. Click it.
  4. Complete the information to say what you want to return and why. Add any comments you feel are helpful.
  5. Click "Save New RMA" at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Within a few days you will receive an email with a return authorization number, and full instructions on how and where to return your product.
